Job Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of investigations associated with criminal and or violations against Comcast policy. Plans and directs the business unit security function under senior management direction. Accountable for ensuring that the security programs and strategies of Comcast are effectively implemented and maintained. Manages security investigators, overall planning, and organization of programs within the corporate footprint. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Core Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and manages activities of investigators and ensure their actions comply with legal, corporate security, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
Manages multiple types of investigations (code of conduct, misappropriation of funds, workplace violence) assuming control of high stresssituations and produces timely, accurate reports
Conducts interviews of suspects, witnesses, and victims and thoroughly documents the results
Monitors and evaluates pertinent sources for threats against the company, its employees, and assets, and prepares intelligence briefings
Experience conducting OSINT (open-source intelligence) research and adapts to changing technology
Acts as a liaison between security personnel, police agencies, protective service providers, and other agencies relevant to risk mitigation
Supports internal and external event security including assessments, briefing documents, and after-action reports
Manages initiation of physical security assessments and recommends corrective measures.
Prepares and delivers safety briefings to employees
Acts under guidance of management to support various protective details including protests, dignitary affairs, and major events
Understands the laws and statutes relevant to all areas of work and makes well-rounded decisions based on this experience
Testifies under oath in municipal, superior, and federal court as needed
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters ofsignificance

Position Specifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Business or Criminal Justice preferred)
Seven to ten years of law enforcement, investigations, intelligence, or security experience
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Experience working with OSINT (open-source intelligence) resources and can adapt to changing technology
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights andweekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
Preferred:
American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified
Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Investigator (CFE), and/or other related certifications
Completion of Wicklander - Zulawski and/or Reid & Associates Interview/Interrogation training
